4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
- Deposits must be made from a mobile number or bank account registered under the same name as your joja9 account.

Withdrawal
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
- KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- All withdrawals must be made to a registered payment method.
- Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- Processing is typically completed within 1–4 hours. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

joja9 does not charge any additional service fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
5 Bonuses & Promotions

- Welcome Bonus: Available to new users only, on their first deposit. A welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once per person.
- Wagering Requirements: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x to 30x). The requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
- Bonus Validity: If not used within the specified period, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.

6 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all betting activity on joja9:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the cash-out option is available.
- The minimum stake per bet is ৳50.
- The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. Any subsequent changes to odds will not apply to bets already confirmed.
- If a match or event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded, subject to specific conditions.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, joja9 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- In live betting, network delays may cause a bet to be accepted after the outcome has already been determined. In such cases, joja9 reserves the right to void the bet.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on joja9 and will result in permanent account suspension:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
- Using multiple accounts or methods to circumvent bonus terms.
- Placing bets on behalf of others using your own account (proxy betting).
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
- Impersonating a joja9 employee or representative.
If any of the above activities are detected, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
